Soft, Fluffy Keto Bread with Vital Wheat Gluten
One of my favorite bread recipes, because the bread triples in size during the proofing process, and produces a soft flexible bread that's keto friendly. It's carnivore-ish only...given the yeast mixture isn't really carnivore...but all the other ingredients are! This bread is perfect for those who are not gluten free.

Use some caution cutting silicone mats. Many of them are not meant to be cut.
It's not recommended at all. I just shared what has worked for me for years.
When you were squeezing the bread it reminded me of my Aunt Gert she was one of those women that squeezed every kids cheek lol The bread looks really good but one thing the video wasn't clear did you say 356 temp or 350?

I've made a complicated version adapted from Diedre's original recipe w VWG and flax meal - swapping in a little rye or einkorn flour to feed the yeast, too. This is a staple for my hubby w T2D as it is still very low carb per slice. I am so excited to try your version round sourdough style. (I may try kefir for the water for that sourdough taste) Thank you so much for all your effort in bringing ideas to us - I love your personal touch n giggles! Ps this format is so helpful, too! 😊❤
Oh wow thank you so much for your kind thoughts. LOL Dierdre's bread was my go-to when I started keto, that lady is amazing. I also feel this is a much simpler recipe than other keto bread recipes with VWG. Oh please do watch my old video because that one shows how to make a round loaf...only saying if you need a little help. The only other tip for a round loaf is to oil your hands when shaping the dough. Thank you 😊😊😊

I have honey now from a local guy near me who is a bee keeper. He has all my bees when I sold my old property and bought a smaller place, he took all of them from my place to take care of them while I move. But they liked his place so I left them with him. They are spoiled rotten now, but I get free honey 😉

If you keep a bottle from mayo, ketchup or mustard that has the cap that stands it up, some of them have the elongated slit which will give you flat noodles more like egg noodles look. Also keep in mind that you can keep the water bath in the fridge and use it several times over & over. It's too expensive to just use once and dump it out. Get your money's worth!

Thank you for the video. I’ve been watching your channel and when I watched this video, I do have to say I am a little confused. What is the benefit to having this milk as opposed to regular milk? Sorry if I sound a little dumb Is this just for the delicious taste or is there a benefit?
Hello there, thanks so much. No it's not dumb at all. Regular milk isn't allowed on the keto diet but we are allowed cream. Problem with cream is the carb count can be unreliable so that's why I used cream cheese

No...well I didn't need to. I think you can but only if you're going to make it all at the same time. It smelled funky the next day 😊

Oh wow, had no idea you could wear wrist bands to prevent water running along your arm. What a fan idea! Are these specific types of bands, or just ordinary wrist bands?
